Our Process

1Setup – The thermal crew arrives at your home/location first thing in the morning. They will address any last minute questions about the process or items that need to be removed. At this time heaters and fans will be set up as well as the electric run out to the generator that power the heaters.

2Heat-up – Once the heaters are on we will place our temperature loggers around the space to start monitoring room ambient temperature and specific areas/items.

3Circulation – Once we've reached our target heat level, we turn on our fans to create convection. This causes the high temperature heat to be pounded against items causing the heat to penetrate items and crack and crevices to eliminate bedbugs deep in their harborages.

4Monitor – We spend hours monitoring the temperatures in the space and continue to periodically enter the space to move around fans and belongings to ensure that all areas/items are heated properly.

5Breakdown – After the area has been throughly heat treated we will shut off the heaters and begin to remove our equipment. Further, if you have made arrangements for us to treat wall voids or spot treat any areas with material we will do so at this point.
